FABRIZIO DI RIENZO
Born in Torino, Italy, Fabrizio began his career in the hospitality industry by attending the Culinary School of Turin. He worked in several award-winning restaurants in Italy, serving as a Maitre D and Sommelier.
In 2013, he moved to the USA where he founded his hospitality companies that today, in partnership, own and manage fine dining restaurants in the United States also providing beverage consulting.
Fabrizio is a Hospitality Director, Advanced Sommelier, Italian Wine Specialist, Writer, Communicator, and VP of Operations for restaurant groups in the USA.
